Right of withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in perfect condition (in the case of CDs and DVDs the packaging must be intact).

The item must be properly packaged and shipped to the following address, including the original invoice or receipt:

The goods will be returned at the time it is delivered to the post office or freight forwarder. We remind you that according to the current rules, the refund is provided net of ancillary charges (packing and shipment) and that the shipping costs for the return of the goods are to be borne by the consumer (D.L. 22 May 1999 No 185).

If you have used a credit card for the payment, the amount will be charged directly to the card, otherwise we will ask you to indicate the details of the current account to be paid (Account Holder, Account Number, ABI, CAB).

Refund will be made within the statutory deadline (14 days) and will be notified via e-mail.

If the yield is due to damaged products or shipping errors, please contact our customer service department to arrange the delivery.
