Shipment of your parcel

Parcels are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without signing. If you prefer a delivery with UPS Extra with signature request, an additional charge will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whatever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your online package.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postal charges. Management costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. There is no way to group two distinct orders separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each one. Your parcel will be sent at your own risk, but particular attention is paid to fragile objects.
